You can only complete a change of circumstances once your Housing Moves application has been approved and activated by your landlord.

Please login using your UserID and password below and you will be able to update your application. Please note that if you haven’t previously set your memorable information you will be prompted to complete this first.

Once your change of circumstances are completed your application may be sent to your landlord from them to reactivate if that change may affect your eligibility, banding or bedroom entitlement. You will then not be able to bid until your landlord completes this process. If none of these are affected then you should be able to continue bidding without interruption.

Please note that if your application is not yet activated by your landlord you cannot change your circumstances online. If this is the case, then you will need to contact your landlord to advise them of any changes.

  • Enter Appplication Id eg. 7xxxx, if you have not previously updated your details.

  • Enter your password, if you do not remember your password click on 'Reset Login Information'.

  • Please select the Security question.

  • Please enter the security answer.

  • If you have forgotten your password, please click the 'Reset login Information' button below.
